Principal's Message

It is my pleasure to welcome you and your family to Schilling Elementary. If you are new to our community, welcome! We are excited to meet with your family and welcome you to the Schilling family. I want to spend some time talking about some exciting offerings we have for the upcoming school year. As part of our partnership with Sobrato Early Academic Language (SEAL) Organization our teachers undergo training with a comprehensive model that transforms our classroom into rich language environments. We also are the housing site for the NUSD Dual Language Program. These programs improve literacy outcomes for monolingual, bilingual, and trilingual students, without slowing down their academic progression. As a school, we realize that these are two important programs will complement our existing curriculum. 

I am excited for the various programs that we will have available at our school. Together with Parents And Schilling Staff (PASS), students will be provided Robotics, Drama, Music, and many more clubs after school. I invite you to call our school and schedule a meet and greet with me so that we can talk about some of our wonderful staff, students, and programs at Schilling Elementary.
